Hodgdon CFE 223 Smokeless Gun Powder

Hodgdon CFE 223 Powder introduced this unique spherical powder in January 2012. This incredibly flexible rifle propellant was created as a copper fouling deterrent due to the inclusion of CFE, or Copper Fouling Eraser, in its recipe, which was originally utilized by the military.

For many popular cartridges, including as the 223 Remington, 22-250 Remington, and 308 Winchester, the resulting powder provides longer periods of consistent accuracy with less barrel cleaning necessary. This powder is best suited for Match, Varmint, and AR shooters.

Important Information:

Do not exceed the loads displayed in the reloaders guide.
Never mix any two powders regardless of type, brand, or source.
